“I Will Leave For Him To Play” Sad News: Just In New Orleans Saints Top Sensational Superstar Just Announced Shocking Departure Due To…….

The legendary Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints is unsure if the team will select a quarterback in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. It is obvious that the Saints require a long-term franchise quarterback. They choose at number nine in the draft, which is far too low to choose one of the top quarterbacks, like Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders. Additionally, they are still bound by veteran quarterback Derek Carr, who is unwilling to accept a pay reduction and has two years left on his contract.

When asked if the Saints would bring back Carr, Bush responds, “That’s a question for the GM and the coach,” in a one-on-one interview conducted on behalf of his relationship with Tostitos. It just relies on what’s available, so I’m not sure at this time. Since they are ranked ninth, all of the talented quarterbacks are eliminated. Thus, we shall see.

Bush admits that running it back with Carr would be the Saints’ best option if they aren’t entirely sure about a rookie quarterback selected in the draft. There aren’t any anticipated first-round quarterback selections after Sanders and Ward.

Bush says, “It really just depends on what they can get.” “The risk-reward of trying to start over versus losing a guy like Carr and not having a backup plan or the guy you think could be the next guy.”

Bush adds the Saints might potentially trade for a quarterback.
Bush adds that the Saints might be able to get a quarterback as a backup.

Bush restates, “I don’t know what they’re going to do with the quarterback position.” “This draft contains some excellent quarterbacks, and there may be some that can be traded for.”

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have won the last four division titles and made it to the playoffs in each of the last five seasons, are unquestionably the dominant team in the NFC South. The Atlanta Falcons, a new club with a young franchise quarterback in Michael Penix, are right behind them. With Penix passing for 312 yards against the Carolina Panthers in the season finale, the Falcons had a chance to win the division going into Week 18.

To Carr’s credit, New Orleans went 5-5 with the seasoned quarterback in the lineup, proving that the Saints were respectable with him starting. But a.500 record is obviously not going to help; the Saints finished 9-8 the previous season and missed out on a postseason spot.

The fact that the defense, which was once a mainstay of the team, has severely deteriorated doesn’t help either. The Saints fell to 19th in defense during the 2024 season after finishing eighth and in the top 10 in points allowed per game the previous four seasons.

Bush thinks Aaron Glenn, the defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions and a former player for the Saints, is the most qualified candidate to be the team’s next head coach. The Saints need to find a solid head coach since they haven’t had one since Sean Payton left the team following the 2021 season, according to the former All-Pro running back.

Bush smiles and adds, “They obviously need a new head coach, so they should hire me as a head coach.” “Obviously, the season was difficult, and Derek Carr’s injury was difficult because he was our team’s leader and gave us a lot of offensive energy. We can see how difficult it was for the squad without him.

Bush cites the Lions’ defensive performance in their most recent 31-9 victory against the Minnesota Vikings as evidence of why Glenn would fit in well with the Saints. With one of the hottest quarterbacks in the league, Sam Darnold, the Vikings had won nine straight games going into the contest.

Bush claims, “They came and played hard, and I thought the package he called is the kind of defense I will run.” Like he did, I would mix it up with the blitzes. Since you could see how much it impacted Sam Donald and there were a couple throws that I know he can make when he sleeps, I felt it was masterful.

“The blitz and the pressure he was under caused him to miss that one on Justin Jefferson in the corner, in the end zone where they were in the red zone,” Bush adds. In any other circumstance, he makes that throw nine times out of ten. Justin Jefferson is in a one-on-one position and is completely exposed.

Running it back with Carr for another season could be the Saints’ best choice, but we’ll have to wait and see what they decide to do at quarterback.
