GOOD NEWS: Due to an injury crisis, the Atlanta Braves just officially announced the signing of another two top Sensational Star players…

The Atlanta Braves are presently taking part in spring training in preparation for the 2025 Major League Baseball season. The Braves, who are coming off an injury-plagued 2024 season in which they lost to the San Diego Padres in the NLDS, will have high hopes for the 2025 season.

Signing former Padres All-Star Jurickson Profar to a three-year contract was Atlanta’s greatest offseason move. Profar has led off for the Braves so far in spring training, a trend that is expected to continue into the regular season since Ronald Acuna is sidelined for at least the first part of the season due to an ACL rupture.

So far, what Profar’s new colleagues have witnessed has impressed them.

According to Mark Bowman of MLB.com, starting pitcher Reynaldo López stated, “[Profar] is a dangerous hitter because of his ability to hit from both sides and his intelligence at the plate.” “I felt like I always approached him with a bit more care and preparedness whenever I had to confront him. Fortunately, it is not a concern for me this year.

Then, manager Brian Snitker discussed the justification for putting Profar in the leadoff position.

“With [the leadoff spot], we kind of had a makeshift-type thing,” Snitker remarked. Losing what is perhaps the game’s finest leadoff hitter is difficult. However, I adore [Profar’s] flexibility, particularly his ability to be a switch-hitter. Additionally, he has had success [leading off]. He therefore understands the main idea.
