BREAKING NEWS: Brian Callahan Officially Announced The Departure Of Another Top Experienced Star Player Due To…..

While the Tennessee Titans have not officially announced changes to their coaching staff, reports suggest that special teams coordinator Colt Anderson has been fired. NFL insider Tom Pelissero reports that the Titans are hiring John Fassel, the former Dallas Cowboys special teams coordinator, for the same role, marking a significant upgrade.

Fassel’s track record is impressive, with the Cowboys’ special teams ranking highly in 2024. He began his career as a special teams coordinator in 2008 with the Oakland Raiders, later moving to the Los Angeles Rams. Notably, Fassel served as the Rams’ interim head coach in 2017 after Jeff Fisher was fired and remained on staff when Sean McVay took over. In 2020, Fassel joined the Dallas Cowboys, further establishing his reputation as one of the top special teams coaches in the NFL.

Anderson’s tenure with the Titans was short and troubled, with the special teams unit struggling under his leadership. His inexperience became evident early in the season, leading to widespread criticism.

Titans head coach Brian Callahan, who may be coaching for his job in 2025, seems to be taking steps to improve his coaching staff. The addition of Fassel is a positive move, indicating Callahan’s intention to surround himself with experienced and capable coaches.

Fans and analysts now await further developments to see if the Titans will make additional changes to their coaching staff as they prepare for the upcoming season.
