“He Want Me To Leave For Him To Play” Latest Update: Las Vegas Raiders Fans Favorite Top Experienced Star Player Just Confirm He Want To Leave Due To…..

This offseason will be incredibly important for the Las Vegas Raiders, even if it seems like it has been said every year lately. The team’s finest player and leader, Maxx Crosby, will once again be in doubt as it attempts to return to its winning ways after firing another coach and splitting from Antonio Pierce.

Crosby has spoken openly that he wants to win with the Raiders right now. He wants to stay with this team because he loves it, but not if they keep losing as they have for the most of his career. Now that Pierce is not there, Crosby is searching for a new coach for the upcoming campaign.

Through Tashan Reed of The Athletic, Crosby discussed his future with the Raiders and his reaction to his termination on his podcast, The Rush. Crosby had a wonderful connection with Pierce, who obviously still had the locker room.

Given that the Raiders haven’t had any stability in coaching, vision, or direction since Crosby joined the team, you can almost feel his displeasure. Pierce’s replacement will be the fifth Raiders coach in the previous five years, and without consistency at the top—something the Raiders have lacked—it is just difficult to achieve any kind of success.

In order to have a better understanding of the future strategy, Crosby has already mentioned speaking with the front office and ownership over the summer. These conversations will now be much more crucial. He obviously wants to stay and succeed with the Raiders, but he must act in his own best interests, and he seems willing to go if the Raiders team is unable to create that winning culture.

Owner Mark Davis, minority owner Tom Brady, and everyone else engaged in these important decisions are under even more pressure to make the correct choices since losing Crosby might have serious consequences in the near future.

After a year, Raiders GM Tom Telesco is fired.
In keeping with the Raiders’ ongoing churn, the team has also chosen to fire general manager Tom Telesco after just one season.

It’s quite unexpected because Telesco didn’t have much opportunity to assemble this club the way he sees fit, and his performance in the 2024 NFL Draft was really quite strong. However, there will soon be more changes at the top of the Raiders organization.
