GOOD NEWS: Just In Las Vegas Raiders Agree 70 Million To Sign Top Experienced Star Player From……..

Although the Las Vegas Raiders are firmly committed to finding their next general manager and head coach, the team must continue to operate until both roles are filled. The squad made a roster change even though there was no one person in charge of the football operations.

Linebacker Jackson Mitchell has signed a Reserve/Future contract with the Raiders, the team announced. Mitchell joined the NFL last summer as an undrafted free agent with the Carolina Panthers, but the team released him before the season began.

He eventually joined the Raiders, but after just a few weeks, he was cut once more. After some time, he returned to the Panthers and briefly played for the UFL’s Memphis Showboats. This season, he did not participate in any games during the regular season.

During his four years as a collegiate football player at UConn, Mitchell recorded 438 total tackles. In college, he was a formidable tackling machine, and he could have some potential in the NFL. The choice of the Raiders’ next general manager and head coach will have a significant impact on whether or not he gets a shot.

Who is currently making roster moves for the Raiders?
Champ Kelly is probably now in charge of the Raiders’ football operations even if the organization does not yet employ a general manager or an assistant general manager. After Dave Ziegler was sacked last season, he served as Las Vegas’ interim general manager. He has been the team’s deputy general manager for the past three seasons.

Tom Brady, the minority owner, would certainly have a significant influence on roster formation in the future, but it seems doubtful that he would be interested in managing marginal roster changes at this time. Whether Kelly will return for the upcoming season is the main issue.

Although a new general manager would want to bring in his own deputy general manager, Tom Telesco was fine with the Raiders keeping him on board. If Las Vegas decides to go, Kelly should be able to find a team fast given his expertise.

Who Are Some Potential Raiders General Managers?
The Raiders have not yet conducted interviews with any potential general managers. The reason for this may be because they want to know who the head coach will be before they begin their hunt.

Although Kelly has not yet been interviewed for any general manager positions, he has previously been a well-liked applicant and came very close to being hired by the Raiders last season until Telesco was recruited. Depending on the team’s choice for head coach, Kelly may be considered once again.

The most obvious match is John Spytek, assistant general manager of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady and he collaborated while the quarterback was with the Buccaneers, and they played football together while he was a college student at Michigan.

Ray Agnew, the assistant general manager of the Detroit Lions, would also be someone to keep an eye on, particularly if Ben Johnson is hired as head coach by the Raiders. Ed Dodds, the assistant general manager of the Indianapolis Colts, has had several interviews with the Raiders; possibly this is the moment when the two parties reach a consensus.
